Fazit: Der Urlaub hat sich wieder gelohnt: -8Reps @35kg KH-Bank und -6Reps @100kg Belt Squats können sich sehen lassen, Gewicht habe ich auch verloren, Ernährung im Urlaub mal wieder on Point... Aber schön war's trotzdem, dank der Gute-Reise-Wünsche von
