Die Vorgaben in dieser sechsten Trainingswoche des Blocks sind einfach nur geisteskrank. Entweder stehe ich in Berlin in der besten Form meines Lebens an der Startlinie oder als wandelnde Leiche.
Trainingsaufbau:
Montag: Restday
Dienstag: Progressive Mile Repeats with Runna
1.6km warm up at a conversational pace (no faster than 4:55/km), 90s walking rest
5 reps of:
• 400m at 4:30/km
• 400m at 4:10/km
• 400m at 3:50/km
• 400m at 3:35/km, 120s walking rest
1.4km cool down at a conversational pace (or slower!)
Mittwoch: 14km Easy Run with Runna
14km easy run at a conversational pace (no faster than 4:55/km). This is a limit, not a target - run at whatever pace feels truly easy!
Donnerstag: Progressive Run with Runna
1.5km warm up at a conversational pace (no faster than 4:55/km)
3km at 4:30/km
3km at 4:15/km
3km at 4:05/km
2km at 3:55/km
1.5km cool down at a conversational pace (or slower!)
Freitag: Restday
Samstag: 17km Easy Run with Runna
17km easy run at a conversational pace (no faster than 4:55/km). This is a limit, not a target - run at whatever pace feels truly easy!
Sonntag: 32km Race Practice Long Run with Runna
8km at a conversational pace
16km at 4:20/km (your target Marathon pace)
8km at a conversational pace
